59 miles...we LOVE Lander and bike touring again!! The scenery has been beautiful...the wind died down, and we got our first glimpse of the Tetons. Our first pit stop this morn at Sweetwater Station was as sweet as can be. Thanks to Beccas love for randomness we stopped at the only house in town for 6 fresh eggs (green, pink, and yellow...so big they barely fit in Kris's egg container!) and a look around the book store. We ran into a couple other cyclists and enjoyed a downhillish day into town. Met up with other FC cyclists on same route here and are all camping in the backyard of the Lander bike shops employee....good stuff here. Off to check out the local brewery so will update with pics and more later....Stay tuned.

There seems to be a whole lot of beer drinking on your trip...well....I guess you all deserve it.
The Tetons are so awesome. If you are staying the night in the National Park, make sure you go to the lodge near sunset. They have a bar (with plenty of beer for you lushes) that has ceiling to floor windows that look over the mountains and the plains. During sunset, lots of animals wander through the plains and it is an amazing sight to see, especially with a cold frosty mug.
